Electronic contracting
Pursuant to arts. 23 and following of Law 34/2002 on Information and Electronic Procurement Services, Air & Port Prestige España, S.L. declares:
- That it has clearly and concisely informed of the different formalities to be followed to enter into the contract
- That it will archive the electronic formalisation document of the transactions, which will be accessible if so required by the party contracting the service.
- That it has informed of the technical media which the page provides the user with in order to correct data input errors.
- That it has informed the user of the language in which the transaction can be made.
- That once the product or service has been contracted, the user will receive acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail to the address provided by the user within the term of 24 hours following receipt of the acceptance.
Pursuant to the provisions of art. 29.1 of Law 34/2002, the place where the contract is entered into will be that of the usual residence, if the party contracting the services rendered on this page were an end user.
